We are digitalizing the most
informal economy in the world.
agente.fit — the AI receptionist and money-collection machine for Lima's personal trainers.
Solo trainers lose two hours a day chasing payments on WhatsApp, answering the same questions and building PDF plans. We automate the entire client lifecycle — programme delivery, form review, billing and retention — inside the number they already own. Live in 10 business days.
The admin tax on solo trainers
Lima's independent personal trainers operate entirely on WhatsApp and Yape/Plin. No admin, no CRM, no automated billing. Every client interaction is manual — and their constraint is not demand, it is that every additional client adds unpaid work.
A trainer's own time carries a visible market price, which is what makes this vertical pay more than micro-retail. Two hours a day of admin converts directly into lost revenue without anyone needing to be persuaded of it.
Their WhatsApp number, with an operating system behind it
A fixed-scope WhatsApp AI assistant that lives on the number the trainer already uses. Clients never download an app, and payment happens through the wallet they already hold.
Automated programme delivery
Workout and nutrition plans sent automatically over WhatsApp, with daily check-ins and chatbot answers to common training and nutrition questions — around the clock, in Spanish.
Async AI form review
Clients send workout video through WhatsApp. The multimodal model analyses movement and returns corrective feedback with timestamps. Up to five videos a week on the Pro tier.
Yape / Plin billing
Payment reminders, automated invoicing and reconciliation, all through WhatsApp. Subscriptions bill on the 1st with 15 days' cancellation notice.
Delivered in 10 business days against a Day 1–7 statement of work, billed 50% upfront and 50% on go-live. It runs on the same multi-tenant infrastructure and self-hosted inference stack as agente.ceo — which is why a second product cost prompt templates rather than a second company.
The AI supports the trainer's judgement rather than replacing it: it flags deviations for the coach to correct, and never issues medical advice.
Three fixed tiers, billed monthly by Yape or Plin
| Tier | Monthly | Clients | What's included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Básico | S/399 | Up to 15 | Automated workout and nutrition delivery over WhatsApp, basic progress tracking, chatbot Q&A |
| Pro | S/999 | Up to 30 | Adds AI async video form review (5 per week) and Yape/Plin automated reminders and invoicing |
| Studio | S/2,500 | Up to 60 | Adds white-label branding, priority AI queue and custom onboarding flows for micro-gyms of up to 3 coaches |
Add-ons
| Custom nutrition database integration | S/150 / month | Integrates the trainer's own nutrition database into the AI delivery pipeline |
| Instagram Reels auto-clipping | S/200 / month | Auto-clips training footage into shareable Reels through the video pipeline |
A one-time setup fee of one month's subscription applies, billed 50% upfront and 50% on go-live. Both add-on revenue and setup fees are excluded from every projection in the memorandum — they are upside, not model.
Why global coaching SaaS loses here
Trainerize, TrueCoach and FitBudd are competent programme builders — for markets that use credit cards and download apps. They fail in Peru on three structural axes at once.
| Provider | Price (USD/mo) | Approx. S//mo | WhatsApp-native | Yape / Plin |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Trainerize | $49–99 | 184–371 | No | No |
| TrueCoach | $49–100 | 184–375 | No | No |
| FitBudd | $39–149 | 146–559 | No | No |
| agente.fit — Básico | ~$106 | 399 | Yes | Yes |
No local payment rail
None of the incumbents accept Peruvian mobile wallets. Lima trainers collect via Yape and Plin, at zero merchant commission trainerize.comtruecoach.cofitbudd.com.
USD pricing friction
Dollar pricing creates exchange-rate risk and psychological friction for a trainer earning in soles. S/399 a month is immediately legible; $99 is not.
No WhatsApp delivery
US tools require the client to download an app. In Peru, WhatsApp is the app — a coaching product that lives anywhere else does not exist for this market.
We are deliberately more expensive than Trainerize in absolute soles. The comparison the trainer actually makes is not against other software but against the revenue of one retained client. Competitor pricing is from public marketing pages, was not re-verified for 2026, and full plan detail sits behind login walls.
The WhatsApp economy of Peru
Peru runs the largest informal economy in Latin America. WhatsApp is its operating system and Yape and Plin are its payment rails — both already in place, neither connected to any vertical software.
The target market: independent personal trainers and micro-gym owners with one to three coaches in Lima, managing ten to thirty hybrid or online clients, operating entirely on WhatsApp and Yape/Plin with no dedicated admin or technical support. It is a word-of-mouth market, which is exactly where a community-first go-to-market plays.
Next vertical
The same stack, re-pointed with new prompt templates.
| Peluquerías & barberías | S/99–349 |
Booking and deposit capture over WhatsApp, at S/99 for a solo barber, S/199 for a small shop and S/349 multi-chair. Demand in this vertical has not been tested.
Cash-positive from the first customer
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Fixed cost — cash basis | S/444.56 / mo — GPU electricity S/373.15, VPS S/21.41, software and infrastructure S/50 |
| Fixed cost — accounting basis | S/2,246.64 / mo — adds depreciation S/302.08 and imputed founder salary S/1,500 |
| Variable cost per customer | S/155.87 — founder support S/150, compute and storage S/5.43, WhatsApp S/0.44 — plus 1.5% payment processing |
| Gross margin — Básico (S/399) | 59.4% |
| Gross margin — Pro (S/999) | 82.9% |
| Gross margin — Studio (S/2,500) | 92.3% |
| Weighted gross profit (50/30/20 mix) | S/828.34 per customer per month |
Founder support time dominates. One hour per customer per month, costed at an imputed S/150 an hour, is 96% of variable cost. It is simultaneously the largest cost line and the capacity ceiling on the division — a fifty-customer book implies fifty founder hours a month. Removing it is what the raise is for.
Margin trajectory on the accounting basis — including founder salary and depreciation — is roughly 8% net at 3 customers, 38% at 5, 60% at 10 and 72% at 20, as fixed cost amortises across the book.
Because support is costed at the founder's imputed rate while a hired specialist is budgeted at S/2,500 a month, substituting hired support improves these margins rather than eroding them. Every figure here is modelled, not measured — the company is pre-revenue. See the full financial model →
Three converging forces
Official Cloud API access
Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API, with transparent conversation-based pricing, makes WhatsApp automation production-ready rather than grey-market developers.facebook.com.
SUNAT formalization
Peru's tax authority is pushing micro-enterprise formalization. A trainer who formalizes needs invoicing, billing and record-keeping — which is what this automates gob.pe.
Self-hosted inference
Running an open-weights multimodal model on owned GPUs removes the per-token dollar cost that would otherwise make AI form review uneconomic at a soles price point.
Community-first acquisition
We meet trainers where they already are — Facebook groups, Instagram hashtags and WhatsApp communities. Warm-first, three-touch, no paid advertising.
Pain-signal response
Monitor groups for pain language — “estoy todo el día contestando mensajes y no entreno”, “mis clientes me olvidan y no pagan” — and reply with a 30-second AI form-check demo.
Named channels
Trainer groups and hashtags including #entrenadorpersonalperu, #fitperu and #entrenadorpersonallima, with a three-touch DM sequence on Day 0, 3 and 7 in Peru business hours.
Referral loop
One month free for every referred paying customer. Trainers cluster in gym communities, and community trust is the distribution moat.
No customer has yet been acquired through this channel — these are targets, not measured results. See the full go-to-market playbook →
Request the investor memorandum
A 33-page memorandum covering both divisions: the thesis, the unit economics of each business, three-year projections under three scenarios, use of funds, the risk register and the full compliance position.
It also contains an appendix stating every assumption, every gap in the evidence and every inconsistency found while preparing it — including the fact that the company is pre-revenue. We would rather you read that before you ask.
The memorandum is delivered by email after you request it below., or open the online data room.
